X-Link iQ service is a vehicle remote control application (app) for customers who install X-Link iQ products in their vehicles and subscribe to mobile services.
After purchasing and installing an X-Link iQ product, only customers who have subscribed to the X-Link iQ mobile service can use it.(feature of product) Remote start / off using a smartphone, door open / locked, turbo rear / STOP & GO, sunroof open / close, window open / close, emergency start, emergency light / piezo buzzer on, personal operation code input, vehicle password setting, It provides various services such as vehicle shock detection notification.All remote control services can only be used within a specified time after the last start of the vehicle.
Service use time is indicated in the terms of service subscription when you sign up for the service to use the app after installing the app.
In order to prevent the battery from being discharged, the communication modem in the vehicle remains available for communication only for the above time, and if the specified time is exceeded, if the vehicle is started directly, the remote control service is automatically restarted.1.
Remote start / off (remote start cancel, turbo end heat shutdown)-You can specify the start-up time for remote start-up.-When starting remotely, the air conditioner inside the vehicle operates in the last state before turning off the vehicle.-For safety reasons, the remote start and turn off (remote start cancel, turbo shut down) functions do not work while driving or in situations where the driver is judged to be on the vehicle.
(When the door is open, when the brake is applied, etc.)-According to local government ordinances, fines may be charged if the engine is started beyond the idle time limit at a specific location.2.
Door locked / door open-Remotely lock the door or unlock the door.-If the door is not opened directly within 30 seconds after the door is opened remotely, the door is automatically locked again.-There is a risk of theft when the door is opened remotely, so use the service only in a safe place.-The remote door lock / door open is a release and lock function for the door lock, and does not provide the function to open and close the door itself.-Remote door lock does not work when the door is open.-In the case of proximity, the automatic door opening function and the automatic door locking function operate regardless of the door remote control.3.
Turbo rear row / STOP & GO-Turbo after-heat control maintains the engine start of the vehicle for a certain period of time after long-distance driving or high-speed driving, and gradually cools it, preventing damage to the turbine due to rapid cooling and protecting the expensive DPF filter of diesel vehicles.
.-STOP & GO control preserves the air conditioner as set by the driver for a specified period of time and maintains the engine start, so the room temperature can be kept comfortable or warm when re-boarding.-Turbo post-heat / STOP & GO function locks the door regardless of the position of the smart key even when the engine starts.-It does not work if Turbo Post / STOP & GO is turned off by entering the personalized operation code.-Since the turbo post-heating operation controls both the vehicle power and the signal, certain models may keep the air-conditioner on when the air-heating operation is on.-Since the turbo rear / STOP & GO operation controls both the vehicle power and the signal, while the turbo rear / STOP & GO operation is maintained, the sensor connected to some blocked power sources, such as the tire air pressure sensor warning on the instrument panel, may be warned on the instrument panel.-According to local government ordinances, fines may be charged if the engine is started beyond the idle time limit at a specific location.4.
Sunroof Slide Open / Tilt Open / Close-Available only when 500/800/900 models of X-Link iQ products are installed.-You can remotely control the vehicles sunroof with a slide, open it with a tilt, or close it.5.
Open window / Open / close ventilation mode-Available only when 700/900 models of X-Link iQ products are installed.-You can remotely control the vehicles window completely, open it in ventilation mode, or close it.-If 900 models of X-Link iQ products are installed, the vehicle window and sunroof can be controlled remotely at the same time or individually.6.
Emergency start-It can be used to move to the nearest garage where you can register a new smart key of the vehicle manufacturer in an emergency situation where you cannot drive due to the loss of the smart key.-Please refer to the prior consent and help functions provided on the emergency start service screen of the XLink iQ app.7.
Emergency light flashing / Piezo buzzer ringing-It can be used for parking location notification purpose by flashing emergency light / piezo buzzer.-Emergency light flashing and piezo buzzer ringing last for 30 seconds.8.
Enter personalized operation code-You can turn on or off various functions according to your personal preferences, such as On / Off of automatic door open / close, and On / Off of the door auto lock function in proximity.-Please refer to the help function provided on the operation code input screen of the XLink iQ app.9.
Vehicle password setting-If the vehicle password is not set using the XLink iQ app, the emergency start function using the XLink iQ service cannot be used.-Regardless of the vehicle password setting using the XLink iQ app, you can use the smart button outside the door to open the door or use the emergency start function even in an environment where the XLink iQ service is not available (shaded area, etc.).

Vehicle shock detection notification-This service can be used only when the XLink iQ product installed in the vehicle is connected to the shock sensor.-The vehicle shock detection notification function operates from the moment the door is locked normally and enters the alert mode after 1 minute has elapsed.-When the signal generated by the shock sensor is detected in the state of entering the alert mode, a push message is sent to the X-Link iQ service to inform you that the shock has been detected.11.
My account-Check account information and provide automatic login settings.12.
Push Notification Settings-Push notification ON / OFF can be set.13.
Log out-Logout function of the logged in account is provided.14.
